At Care Plan Training, I get it—starting out in practice nursing can be overwhelming, especially when there’s no real preparation for it at uni. Nearly a decade ago, I was a new nurse thrown into the deep end of general practice, juggling complex tasks with hardly any practical training to lean on. I quickly realised how much us nurses need real-world support that goes beyond theory as this gap often leads to inefficiencies, time-consuming trial-and-error learning, and missed opportunities for high-quality patient care.

My goal is is to fill that gap with training that’s practical, actionable, and tailored to the realities of general practice that nurses can apply immediately. Through a variety of online courses and clear, step-by-step guides, I want to help nurses master chronic disease management in a way that’s efficient, effective, and easy to follow. No more overwhelmed staff or fragmented processes—just confident nurses ready to deliver exceptional patient care.
